Use Of Fireworks Prohibited In Chesterfield County
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – The Chesterfield County Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services reminds everyone that Chesterfield County prohibits the sale, possession, storage and use of fireworks by anyone other than a licensed and permitted fireworks professional. This prohibition includes pyrotechnics and the use of sparklers, which are considered fireworks. Authorities recommend playing it safe this Fourth of July holiday by attending a regional fireworks display permitted and organized by licensed fireworks professionals.
