Two-Vehicle Crash

The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred in the 1800 block of Buford Road at about 8:35 a.m. on Friday.

Police said a 1994 Ford Ranger was traveling south on Buford Road when the driver crossed into the northbound lane and struck a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis.

Both drivers were transported to CJW Medical Center by ambulance. The driver of the Ranger has life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Grand Marquis has non-life-threatening injuries.

Police continue their investigation into this crash.
