Over a month ago Branner Station, which encompasses 1,614 acres, will include almost 5,000 homes and apartments, 470,000 square feet of business space, parks and two school sites, was presented and approved. Now Roseland will be presented, 5,140 residences — 60 percent single-family, 40 percent multifamily — and 1.5 million square feet of commercial and office space.
