Shooting in Chesterfield
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield County Police were called to the 2600 block of Mangowood Drive around 9:15 p.m. this evening for a shooting call.
Upon arrival, officers found that a suspect had shot through the window of a ground-floor apartment, striking a woman who was inside the residence. After shooting into the window of the apartment, the suspect fired into an unoccupied car registered to a person living at the same apartment.
The woman was transported to VCU Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Her name has not yet been released.
Police are still investigating the incident and no arrests have been made.

Is any one else wondering why their are no more media reports on the Ryan makeo Murder?? It’s like it was on the news everyday and then it stopped.
His body was found and that’s probably when they stopped reporting.
I think its just concerning here — we have had right many crimes happening in Chesterfield lately - and we are not hearing about them being solved!!! Seems to be a lot of home break ins, robberies, and the Makeo Murder…
