Maybe I don’t understand all the facts — but don’t we as residents want Developers to pay Impact Fees - especially when they want to build 5000 homes and 1.5 million square feet of commercial space as with the new Roseland plan. Are the nearby roads such as Old Hundred ready for an additional 5000+ cars. Have we already overflowed the new Clover Hill High School before it is even built??
