Chesterfield Christmas Lights

Tonight I drove around just our neighborhood with the little ones to enjoy the Christmas lights (our neighborhood only has one that is really top-notch at 4303 Allworthy Lane). I’ve known that the Richmond area is widely known for its tacky lights, but what about in Chesterfield? It seems all the ones I hear about are in the West End. I did however find a “Classy Lights Tour” site that provided map listings fairly well for Chesterfield and any other area of the country - check out our area map.

Do you enjoy the lights? I was surprised to find myself enjoying it like I used to when I was a kid.

  1. I don’t know how those folks do it every year. I almost killed myself trying to get the lights on the second floor. Next year its just the bushes.

  2. I had no idea about the Classy Lights Tour! This is the second year that I’ve compiled the Tacky Tour lists from NBC12 and the T-D into one massive list and converted them to GPS files to guide me from one to the next. I’ll have to do the same for the Classy Lights next year.
